DISCUSSION BOARD MAINTENANCE STARTING MONDAY!

Starting at midnight on Sunday, this discussion board will be going down! This discussion group software has been giving us trouble as I think we have exceeded it's capability, so we are changing discussion group software. I've been wanting to do this for a long time...and I've been warning, but now we are finally going to get this done! Yeah! We will make EVERY attempt to make this conversion painless and we sincerely HOPE to bring over all user information for logins and passwords, posts, etc. This is all new ground for us, so no guarantees, but we will do our best! Keep checking this url (http://www.everythingdulcimer.com/discussion/) and when it's back up, it will be obvious. I'm hoping this takes 2-3 days, but it could take as much as a week. Thanks so much for your patience. If the transition is smooth, I think everyone will be pleased with the end result. Bruce

Boy, will we have a lot to talk about when it go's up again! Seriously, we will wait patiently, hope it's not as big a headache as I suspect it will be, good luck, I for one, love ED!! And all my ED buddies, we need a buddy list, so we can see if any of our buddies are on line, and can chat with them,,,, Ooooh yea.

Mizzgnomer, the newsletter I got said just the discussion board will be down, everything else will be intact. I'm assuming that if you bookmark the chat, it'll still work. Bruce... thanks for the heads up ... keeping my fingers crossed
