Kudo's to McSpadden Dulcimers

I mailed in a 1991 era dulcimer to McSpadden to have the tuning machines upgraded and to add strap buttons.
They received it at 11 am Monday and I got a call today at 9:30 their time giving the tracking number for the return shipping. Great service from Jim Woods and the wonderful folks at McSpadden all in less than 24 hours.

Great people to work with.

You can't beat their service. Just like the service we used to get back in the day, as they say!! Keep it up Jim Woods.

I ordered a 4FHWS (4 string, Flat head, Hourglass shape, Walnut body, Spruce top) from McSpadden on 5/22 and it arrived on 5/25. The tone is wonderful and I'm learning how to play it. This is my first ever dulcimer and I love it! Kudos to McSpadden from me too!
