This is a truly amazing sounding instrument that cuts through and has a real old time "pop" to it. I love this instrument but can't justify two hammered dulcimers. It holds its tuning EXTREMELY well. See the video links below to see and here it. It is just over a year old purchased in June of 2015. Sells new for $1695 and selling for $1350 plus shipping.

Range: 3 octaves, from D below middle C to G''
Low A on the first note on the bass bridge to give it extra range for key of A
Dimensions are 42" x 22" x 3"
Lightweight: weighs in under 20 pounds!
16 treble courses with 3 strings per course
16 bass courses with 2 strings per course
Pin blocks are made of laminated hard maple piano pin blocks
End rails and sides are cherry
Floating soundboard is western red cedar
Price includes a sturdy padded Cordura case, and tuning wrench
