Only me and Bruce can add or update articles. I have been wanting to add the capability to allow users to maintain their own articles, but I haven't had the time to design and implement it. Articles are very different than the other content on this site, so the existing framework doesn't work for them.

Ken H,

I've replaced your original article with the new one.
