Looking for a copy of Carrie Crompton book.
Hi,
Does anybody here know where I can get a copy of "Hammered Dulcimer Solos" by Carrie Crompton? I've had one on back order from Amazon for ages and they seem to be having some trouble getting it in.
Thanks in advance.
Adam

Thanks Marcy, I've already checked there.
Sorry I should have said that I am ordering from Australia so I sort of need to deal with a seller that has some sort of online cart system. Carrie's site seems like its only set up to deal with domestic mail orders.
thanks

I assume you already contacted her? She might be able to make an arrangement to get it to you.

I've sent her an email thanks Marcy. Hopefully we can get something sorted out. I can't help but think though that maybe Amazon have already tried doing that. Oh well, thanks for your help. I can live without the books I suppose but they get great reviews so I'm curious.
thanks again

I've got an older copy of the book but it's in good condition, that I'd be happy to let you have. Perhaps we can make a trade. Do you have a book Australian folk songs? If you'll send me your snail mail address, I'll get this off to you, and when it gets there, if you have a book of songs from down under, you could send it to me, if not throw the amount I paid in postage into the nearest charity box and we can call it even. OK? I know you all have had a lot of forest fires in recent years so maybe you have a charity that you trust designed to help the animals, that would be a good one. Keigh/FF
Just to let you know I only have volume one of her solos.

Thanks Keigh, I will take you up on that as I have not heard back from Carrie. I'll send you a private message this afternoon when I am more organized.

If for some reason the trade falls through for you, drop me a PM... I take lessons from Carrie and can ask her in person. She's always been good about responding to emails (even before I started) so perhaps yours ended up in spam on accident? If nothing else, if you can send the money somehow I could buy a copy and send it to you.
