We've got all the notes and we're not afraid to use them.

Diatonic conversions

Does anyone out there know of someone who can convert a diatonic fingerboard to chromatic within my very limited budget?

Many luthiers charge by the fret, so it will add up quickly. Might want to look into buying a chromatic?

Cost could be anywhere from $15-$50 each.
Your best bet is to use 'temps', paperclips of the appropriate size [large or extra large] [.042-.045 dia if you have the tools to measure], toothpicks or something similar. Use a bit of tape between the strings to hold them in place.
