Thanks KenH

We have several posts here that include links that are no longer valid. If we can, uploading a pdf here will last as long as this site lasts (God willing and the creek don't rise).

Ayup! I'm with you there. There have been several things lost in the past, sadly.

Interesting video presented in the 'Just Do It' rule of thumb format
Measuring setting out templates etc all kept to the minimum but when you have built as many as he has who needs to measure?
The fret ruler for the staples was not unlike the one I made years ago
Very entertaining!
Thanks to Dave from Dave

I have posted twice on this thread but my posts have dissappeared
This is a link to my flickr pictures of my new citera which arrived today
Anyone that can help with the translation of the original spec sheet please please comment as the suggested tunings provided by the maker do not make any sense to me

HI Dave,

According to the sheet, your instrument is tuned in the key of G. That means that the meldoy strings are all D. The long drones should be Gdg and the short drones should be tuned to a G chord, G, B, and D. In both Hungary and Germany h means B natural and b is used for Bb. Hope this helps.
