Does anyone know where I can buy a MD fretboard.

A number of builders will also make you just a freboard if you want. Ask.

I am a builder of mountain dulcimers in Ohio. can talk to you about making a custom fretboard. Of course, I would
need complete specifications from you.

I usually use cherry, walnut or mahogany on my instrument fretboards, but could discuss other woods. I also have wenge
wood stock for fretboard veneer - if you want a hard / fast playing surface.

I could supply with or without frets installed.
