Dulcimer building grants

Postby Terry a » Sun Jan 10, 2016 10:15 am

I have heard of a number of people writing grants in order to build cardboard dulcimers at their school. Do any of you know where one might get such a grant? I am the art teacher at a small school and I play dulcimer and would love to collaborate with our music teacher, but the funding for the kids would be a bit much for us. So the question is who might give a grant for such a project?

IIWM I'd check with your local Arts council and/or Music Society. In your library you should find the Big Book Of Grants (whtever it's actually called) which, naturally lists grants, who provides them, subjects, requirements, etc.
