Jerry Linsavage  -  Mountain Dulcimer; Mandolin; Mandola; Octave Mandolin; Five-String Banjo; Tenor Banjo (regular and Irish tuning); Guitar (fingerpicking or flatpicking); Fiddle; Viola; Cello; Viola da Gamba; Bass; Flute (baroque and Irish); Native American Flute; Penny Whistle; Recorders (soprano, alto, tenor and bass); Ukulele. Styles of Music Taught: Celtic, Early Music, Classical, Jazz, Bluegrass, Blues.

Jerry Linsavage

Jerry has taught for over 50 years. "I teach in a positive, noncritical supportive style to beginning, intermediate, and advanced students."

Experience: Jerry has played in the NMSU Orchestra, UNM Orchestra, New Mexico Symphony Orchestra, UNM Early Music Ensemble, five different Renaissance Faires, and school performances for the Mimbres Valley Arts Council. He has also recorded with various jazz, rock, and Celtic groups.

Private lessons are held on a weekly basis. Lessons are $15 for a half hour.
