  1. About lessons: Ken Kolodner has tons of downloadable e-lessons you can buy, and he is the best player/teacher out there, IMO. I wouldn't buy a dulcimer without hearing it. Most websites have a demo, maybe, or could play it over the phone. You definitely want to get one you like the sound of. I just play mine at home now, but I enjoy playing in jams with other people, I just don't have the opportunity much any more due to work, etc. I think you learn more and are inspired more when you get together with people and swap tunes and techniques.
  2. Yes! I wish you could have imported all of the content from the old one though. Thank you so much. I hadn't visited the site in several years, but it was a lot of fun.
