  1. The 2022 had to be cancelled due to Covid-19. We have rescheduled for 2023 the new dates are February 9 - 11, 2023.
  2. The Central Florida Dulcimer Festival is happening next February 10 -12 2022. We have taken over the festival from the Acoustic Winter Gathering (2020) and the Central Florida Dulcimer and Autoharp Festival from 2006 - 2019. The festival is held in Mount Dora Florida and we are excited to be hosting the festival. I want everyone to know we have Scholorships available for anyone who may want to attend but could use a little help with the registration fee. Send us an email, let us know something about yourself, why you would like to attend and how you came to the dulcimer. Send to Centralfloridadulcimerfestival@yahoo.com Dennis
  3. The festival in Mount Dora has been around for 15 years. We have taken over the festival and renamed it the Central Florida Dulcimer Festival. We will be live in 2022 from February 10th to 12th. We have a fb page (same name) to keep up with festival news. We are excited to host the festival next year. We will have 3 days of classes for MD, HD, and other instruments, plus 2 jams and a concert.
  4. I know this is copy righted but do you know of a tab for Send in the Clowns that is available for sale. I found it for guitar and uke but not for mountain dulcimer.
  5. We are a 4H family. Every year we would go to the fair for 4H day and I would wonder around and always ended up in the tent where the mountain dulcimer group was playing. My family would find me when they were done. We would leave and I would say I was going to get a dulcimer. For years I never did but one spring I did and now I have been playing for over 15 years.
  6. Took a class this weekend and Steven Steven Seifert covered so much of what you said in this article. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
  7. So glad Everything Dulcimer is back. FB is good but loved going to E D. To read about dulcimer stuff. Thank you to whomever brought this back.
